With the benefits of our independent Quality Assurance department, we have promptly introduced the HACCP system into our operation. By introducing the HACCP system, which is a global hygiene management system used within the food industry. We have implemented the microbiological inspections and temperature control system to prevent incidences from food poisoning and other undesirable conditions in overall process of food storage, cooking, dish-up meals and loading meals onto aircraft. In addition to this, we have obtained ISO 22000-2018 First time in Japanese caterer, which is a globally recognized standard for Quality System in August 2019.
