My Duty

I am in charge of the cold kitchen. I cook the western style Hors d'oeuvre and sandwiches which are non-heated products. I also cook the diabetic or religious background meals such as Vegetarian meal and Non Allergic meal. My motto is to cook the meals in time to meet the flight schedule time of departure and provide a great tasting meal.

Atmosphere in my workplace and my dedicated message to a newly recruited staff

In my workplace I not only work with my colleagues, but work with part-time workers and senior staff members with a lot of pleasure. The production process of in-flight meal is a pleasant and enjoyable job. Staff are friendly and active in work. You might be anxious about a new responsibility, but the senior staff take care of you well. Let’s work together.
