To ensure thorough Food Hygiene Management, our staff recite “We provide safe foods” which is the first words recited at every morning briefing.
AASC is primarily concerned about overall hygiene management. At respective work areas throughout our facility, we have implemented the strict procedures according to the internal hygiene manual. Staff training is constantly conducted by the outsourced professionals utilizing videos so as to keep our staff well aware of the necessary hygiene requirements.
With regards to Halal meal, we have mandated to take the Halal lecture before the staff being assigned to cook and prepare the Halal meal so as to work in the Halal kitchen.
